Install in laCafe
In the laCafe dashboard go to Settings → Apps (Marketplace), find laBoss and install it. It's free.
Open the bot
Open @laboss_bot in Telegram and tap the “Open” button.
Sign in once
Enter the phone number and password you use for the laCafe dashboard. After that, Telegram remembers you.

Frequently asked questions
How much does laBoss cost?
It's free. Restaurants on laCafe install laBoss at no extra charge.
Who can use laBoss?
The restaurant owner and staff with the Admin role. You sign in with the phone number and password from the laCafe dashboard.
Can managers or other staff use it?
Not yet. For now laBoss is available only to restaurant owners and admins.
I have several restaurants — will I see all of them?
Yes. Every restaurant where you're the owner or an admin is in one laBoss, and you switch between them in a tap.
Is my data safe?
You sign in with your laCafe account, and laBoss shows only the restaurants where you're the owner or an admin. Your data stays in laCafe; the chat receives only the notifications you've switched on. We recommend enabling two-step verification in Telegram.
Which notifications will I get, and can I turn them off?
New online orders, delayed orders, refunds, cash shift close (with totals), bookings and a daily summary. Each one can be switched on or off separately in the Mini App.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
For now laBoss works only as a Telegram Mini App — there's nothing to download, and it opens on any phone with Telegram.
